Nigel Tufnel
So I noticed on Ticketmaster this morning that the presale for the 9/21 Louisville show starts tomorrow morning at 10am. I went back and checked my Ticketmaster e-mails and I never received one with the Wilco presale password in it. I was curious to see if someone on here could fill me in or give me a couple of ideas of past wilco presale passwords on ticketmaster. Thanks for your help!

bobfrombob
The TM passwords (not the unique numbers) are often very easy to guess. Try stuff like: skylouisvillesluggergermanyghostface

Try stuff like: skylouisvillesluggergermanyghostface I hear ya there... usually the ticketmaster pre-sales are something quite simple. Just kinda weird that ticketmaster is having a pre-sale before Wilco. I want to say that I've never seen that happen...
mchchef1
This is disturbing! I really want to get great seats for this show, I assume wilco will still have the same 10% alotment for a presale at some point this week?? I have never dealt with TM pre-sale if I create an account will they send me the password?

It's probably a presale through some radio station or record store out of Louisville (I've already tried ear X tacy, and they dont know anything about it) I wish there was somebody at wilcoworld we could email about this, I don't know how they could hold a pre-sale after ticketmaster holds one for 32 hours. mchchef1
Are you in Louisville? WFPK is sponsering maybe the know?
watchtower41
Are you in Louisville? WFPK is sponsering maybe the know? No, live in Chicago, but will most definitely be at this show to visit firends and was looking to score some decent tix as well. I asked over at the MY Morning Jacket board to see if any of the local Louisville kids know any details, I know the world is coming to an end here, but it seems weird that NOBODY has any info about this pre-sale or show whatsoever. watchtower41
Are you in Louisville? WFPK is sponsering maybe the know? Looks like they are sponsoring, but only found this on their website....the mystery continues.....-- Friday, September 21- WFPK presents Wilco in concert with special guests Dr. Dog at 8pm for the Sky Blue Sky Tour 2007(on sale 7/27 at 10am The Louisville Slugger Box Office 502-212-2287 or www.ticketmaster.com or 502-361-3100)
W(TF)
There's still 4 days to go....theoretically ww.net could still have a pre- pre- sale say on Thursday. At least that's what I'm hoping for.
borntorun
I haven't been able to find a seating chart other than the one for baseball. Add that to the frustration with the tickets. As for the ticket sales, Ticketmaster lists a presale starting tomorrow, Wilcoweb lists a presale starting Wed. Wilcoweb has general onsale for Sat. whereas the radio station sent out an email saying public onsale is Friday. Who knows what's really happening.
theashtraysays
This is all pretty confusing. Presales for the presales? The Counting Crows / etc show at Slugger field on Aug 3 is general admission. They have two kinds of GA tickets, one for the field and one for the seats. This is not good. But the website for Production Simple (whoever they are) says reserved seating. Dunno. If it really is GA, then that would explain why it really doesn't matter who has the first presale. Outdoor GA is just not my thing any more.... Anybody know for sure? bobfrombob
looks like they're using the "take your chances" seating chart..... typical TM. From what is coming up, I predict a section 1, 2 and 3 across the front of the stage
