Guest Jules
Actually, go to a couple local sports memoribilia shops and let them appraise it for you.Do sports memorabilia shops exist anymore?
Lammycat
Do sports memorabilia shops exist anymore?Sure! There are several in Denver (particularly Bill's) I hit when looking for something to do. Great way to kill an hour or so. Always lots of cool old photographs and whatnot.
Edie
Do sports memorabilia shops exist anymore? Sure.... I used to sell stuff to them, like team photo plaques etc. I would think that the photo would be worth more if it were signed and if it were during his playing days, and if there were any accompanying notes as to what was going on in the picture. Analogman
No - if I had that sort of money, I would not be writing this. I would be in the South of France.
stooka
No - if I had that sort of money, I would not be writing this. I would be in the South of France. I followed the story (along with everyone else) of VU's rare recording vinyl find. Out of control!! Collecting old B&W photos, lps & folk art are weaknesses of mine. Noticed you're also a fan of The Slider
