Leo
Who is Debaser? You mean the guy that left 29 points on his bench? Damn! Yeah, me.I'm still thinking I've got an outside chance tonight. But, then again, I still think Michigan has an outside shot at the Big Ten.

tongue-tied lightning
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- Minnesota Vikings running back Chester Taylor was receiving treatment Monday for a painful injury on his side that sidelined him in the first quarter of the season opener Sunday. Taylor's condition was called a bruised hip after the 24-3 victory over Atlanta, but coach Brad Childress said Monday that the injury was to Taylor's oblique, a muscle near the lower part of the rib cage. Taylor's status will be in question this week, though Childress sounded as though he expected him to play Sunday at Detroit. Taylor was at the team's practice facility at 8 a.m. Monday for treatment with the goal of being ready for Wednesday's practice. "He's a pretty tough guy," Childress said, adding: "There's nothing structurally wrong. It's just extremely uncomfortable right now." Rookie Adrian Peterson, who was supposed to split the carries with Taylor, rushed for 103 yards on 19 attempts and turned a short catch into a 60-yard touchdown. Childress, however, said he would return to the original plan of sharing the load at that position when Taylor is healthy. Also, fullback Tony Richardson has a bruised forearm. The 13-year veteran broke his forearm last season and missed the

caliber66
Sweet Jesus, I've done some stupid crap in fantasy football before, but benching the Pats defense in favor of the Saints is just about the stupidest ever. After the interception return/TD, the Pats have 23 defensive points, vs. -1 for the Aints today. If I lose by less than 24 (and I'm going to lose), I'll know why. Christ.
