radiokills
is there a barrier between the stage and the people? this makes me sad, i liked to get up right next to jeff, now i cant i guess
Wilco Worshipper
It really depends on the venue, I guess. I saw them twice in the same week back in June here in Mass. The 1st show was at a small outdoor venue, no barrier. The 2nd show was at a much larger venue and the barriers were there. It worked for security and the press to have room to mill about. It sucks, but I guess now that the boys are getting more popular this is what we'll be seeing more of in the future.
gogo
Yeah, it's entirely dependent on the venue. The Greek Theatre in Berkeley has a barrier, and the stage is really high, but the Greek in LA is about the same size, maybe just a smidge smaller, but there's no barrier and the stage is pretty low, so you can definitely get right in there. Kalle
When I saw them in London, Ont. there was a barrier, the other three times there was none.
isadorah
i've seen them with barrier and without, venue dependent. but let's not forget the guy that jumped on stage and jeff turned on him swinging.
