froggie
you'll have to get a version of the stream on your computer and then convert the files to ipod format (whatever that is).. i still live in the mp3 player ages. it cant be done directly from wilcoworld.net
OOO
you'll have to get a version of the stream on your computer and then convert the files to ipod format (whatever that is).. i still live in the mp3 player ages. it cant be done directly from wilcoworld.net iPods play mp3s, so that would be fine. Anyhow, get something that records all audio coming out of your soundcard and capture the stream.
plasticeyeball
i use this to capture and then edit the files into individual tunes: http://www.polderbits.com/ it has a 2 week free trial version so you can see if you like it first. i think when i bought it it was only like $ 30.00 or something and i use it all the time. DAngerer09
you can download a free audio program called Audacity which you could capture the stream with. It works fairly well and is a simple program to use.
SarahC
the berkeley show is going to be in the roadcase!!!
redstripe
hypothetically speaking, if someone were to capture on of these roadcase streams, would it violate wilco's policy to post these on line?
Analogman
I don't think most BT sites would go for online streamed shows being converted to FLAC and then torrented. (if that is what you mean) This place does not have a policy that I know of - outside of not allowing commercially available tracks to be posted in threads for people to grab. I don't know exactly - but I think a streamed show transcoded to Mp3 would sound like shit. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
