It outlines Woody's position fairly well, including his feelings about writing for The Daily Worker. Very complex guy...you could say he ran the gamut from patriot to anarchist. He didn't have much use for politics. I have heard good things about this book. Have you read the Kline bio of woody "A Life"? Is there a lot of new stuff?
