froggie
this might sound sad, but: > tag team whoomp there it is is a good memory from year 11 > will smith boom boom shake the room is a good memory of year 10 > the real mccoy loved this song and still do (not so much the rapping bits, though) > coolio my anthem of the end of year 12 for me... love it > londonbeat i've been thinking about you reminds me of early high school, and Come back reminds of latter days. i loved these songs > kriss kross HATED jump jump > hanson I've laways had a soft spit for MMM Bop
PopTodd
> hanson I've laways had a soft spit for MMM Bop Many people have. But personally, I like the song.

Sir Stewart
Yes, the Tonys had a few good tunes.
Preferred B
1990-1999 saw me from age 10 to age 20. These were my formative musical years! I have a 107-song 90's playlist on my iPod. I just put it on random - "Wynona's Big Brown Beaver" by Primus. Followed by "Lodi Dodi" (Snoop version), "Mama Said Knock You Out" by LL Cool J, and "More Than Words" by Extreme. Good times. Last year's big party at Hotel SnS had a 90's theme. Well, actually, it was "I Hate the 90's" - but I don't. I also don't think I have enough Tony Toni Tone in my collection. Sir Stewart
Followed by "Lodi Dodi" (Snoop version)I love his intro in that - something like "all y'all who wanna diss, can eat a d*ck"
EL the Famous
i don't know about affluent, but just about every one of those songs got people on the dance floor in college. i'm a pop music apologist...i think there is always a place for it and it serves an important purpose. Mrs. Peel
I make no apologies for breaking out this kind of music every once in a while. It takes me back to a time when all I had to worry about was how I was going to pay for my next New Kids button.
Mrs. Peel
Marky Mark was actually a decent rapper, and the music was pretty good too. Unfortunately, it was good because they ripped off so many cuts from other rap songs. When I was 12 I didn't realize it, but now that I'm big into old school hip hop I'm still noticing little things in those songs that I recognize from Marky Mark songs. I like the Monkees and KC & the Sunshine Band so I guess I'm as equally guilty as the rest of ya'll. Guilty pleasures can be very satisfying.
