totally.

There are several more tribes like that in the world - as well as, Cargo Cults - you probably know this stuff though. Of course, I know where there are people who live like that (apart from the rest of the world, that is) up in the mountains. Not exactly the same, but sort of.

Gosh, 1 out of 4 posts from U A-Man I have to learn something new.My brain is becoming more valuable because of you! What am I gonna do with it?

So Cargo Cults...sounds fun!Very interesting. I would love to obtain material wealth through magical thinking. Finally my magical thinking skills will be put to good use. Would this work in Missouri? We have 700 trees on our property to hide in. Could we skip property taxes becaue of our new status?

We should all show up to a Wilco show naked and painted.Start a new trend.

Please tell me someone threw a Coke bottle from that plane.

HAHAHA great line, I remember playing xbox live a while back with my friend, he mentioned that he just saw the movie for some anthro class, then all the people playing with us (think it was halo 2) all started chatting with us about how they have seen it in their respected college or high schoo anthro class haha nice reference :thumbup

I don't see a contradiction. The tribe is described as "uncontacted" in both stories.

You know, you're right. Although I seem to remember other stories playing up the angle of a new tribe being found, rather than one that has been known for a century being spotted. And news outlets are now making it a point to clear up the distinction.
