mfwahl
Does anyone have a tab for this or can direct me to where it is on the site. ThanksIf you do a search, there's a good amount of stuff. In addition to your request, the Bb open version from IATTBYH and the cool riff they do live now.

Gobias Industries
I can tabulate the IATTBYH version (open Bb version) later when I get home. I figured it out a while back. edit: here's a thread on the IATTBYH version but I can compile it together into a neat package if need be.

Gobias Industries
Done! Poor Places - I Am Trying To Break Your Heart Documentary version also based on one of the few solo versions of it performed tabbed by nudge nudge / poortranslator / mr. tibbles based off of progress by ginandcigarettes Bb tuning - Bb F Bb F Bb D Tuning instructions: Tune the low E down three whole steps to Bb. Tune the A down two whole steps to F. Tune the D down two whole steps to Bb. Tune the G down one whole step to F. Tune the B down one half step to Bb. Tune the high E down one whole step to D. The majority of this is barred chords across, as the song progresses use more than the root-fith-octave: Bb: F: G(m): -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -0 -7 -9 -0 -7 -9 -0 -7 -9 Eb: C(7): Gb: -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -5 -2 -8 -5 -2 -8 -5 -2 -8 Db: D: -- -- -- -- -- -- -3 -4 -3 -4 -3 -4 alt. However, the repeat of "I'm not going outside" seems to remain Gb Eb Bb. End :)
quosh
Wow! Now that's what I call a complete tab. Many thanks for all your work... Alex
anthony
Awesome. Thanks alot for this. Can't wait to try this out!
anthony
Just tried this. My guitar sounded terrible in that tuning - not like Jeff's at all; much too low and rumbly. Are you sure that is correct tuning? Would it work another way, say, tuning to open G then capo I? Thoughts?

Thoughts? http://youtube.com/watch?v=UoCZTSRvWuc Around the 00:15 mark you can hear Jeff start strumming, it's that low. Everything generally sounds terrible when the strings are that loose, but it's how it is. I think acoustics can handle it better due to their naturally thicker strings, but it's still hell to play on. The Jeff Tweedy solo I referred to also is here (mp3 via sendspace). This version is in some sort of Open D.

Just don't like it. I like the Open D version better. Gonna try that one out now.
