lamradio
I've had equipment stolen before (found out years later that one of my band members actually stole it and pawned it) and as a musician, there's no worst feeling in the world. Especially for musicians like Mike Watt when they aren't exactly rich.. And some of those instruments are irreplaceable.
Three dollars and 63 cents
That's just lousy. I hope the gear turns up soon. Watt seems like the nicest guy, and Lamrod is right that he probably wouldn't be able to replace everything that was stolen.
MrRain422
Seriously, no one in the world deserves that less than Watt. And he and the Ashetons probably aren't exactly rich. Totally sucks.
TheMaker
Augh, and the fact that it happened in the greatest city on Earth makes it an even blacker eye... sigh... Good luck to the jerkoff who tries selling this stuff, though. He likely won't get far.
jff
Damn, that's been Watt's main bass for almost a decade and has been extensively customized to his specs. No way that thing can be replaced. Whoever has that bass is going to have to be REAL careful or they're going to get busted fast.
