I have a buddy that does that. I can't get past the color of the two mixed, as it looks like the juice that suck out of cadavers in our labs.

I voted for fries but really like just about any form of potato. I'm also a big proponent of leaving the skin on, even for mashed potatoes.

I had a most awesome baked potato on Saturday evening, it was baked on a grill and had a rub done on the skin (garlic, red pepper, etc.). A perfect compliment to the New York Strip Steak.
