remphish1
http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2008-1...m?se=yahoorefer And I thought Jersey would win!
John Smith
Sure they win (lose) because they have a fairly low population and the results are on a per-capita basis. Florida wins out for shear numbers. But Illinois has to win this year for the spectacular nature of their scandals.
MrRain422
I'm not really sure that number of convictions is a good measure anyway. The most corrupt states probably don't have very strong or enforceable corruption laws. Or if those who would enforce those laws are also corrupt, then the corruption wouldn't be reflected. It's a very flawed methodology.
jff
If you'd be willing to make an even trade, I'll give you some of Georgia's incompetence in exchange for some Illinois corruption.

Duck-Billed Catechist
Santa looks a little bit uncomfortable. He should be -- your dog is a little bit crazy.
MrRain422
I swear he's a lot calmer when it's just us here with him. When other people come over he flips out a bit. I'm pretty sure it's because he likes you.
