stagerug
What an impressive debut album. I've been listening to this quite a bit, and is pretty good from front to back which I don't find to be the case all that often. Anybody else like this group? I'm sure I'm behind the curve on this one, but give me a break, my son makes me listen to the Wiggles. I know all the words to "Fruit Salad".

Furr their latest came out last year. Or are you talking about their self titled debut in 2003. Also you will find quite a bit of discussion in this thread, titled oddly enough Blitzen Trapper. And yes they rock, and they are not the Wiggles. My son who is 4 and 1/2 loves "Sleepytime in the Western World," and calls the Wiggles baby music. Make your son listen to cool music. I make him mix tapes all the time of songs I think will think is cool. If you are interested in suggestions.
GtrPlyr
There has been a lot of love given these guys here, especially for their latest disc "Furr."
ThisIsNowhere
I have Wild Mountain Nation and Furr, which are both pretty good. I haven't heard their debut though.
Moss
I taught my daughter to play "Furr" on acoustic because she is a big fan of that song. I have not really given the album much of a listen. I have a hard time keeping up with all the good music out there. I'm still working my way through Fleet Foxes, Animal Collective, Bon Iver, etc... but this one is on the list. Good to hear it's worth it.
