In Kansas during the usual January we call it Cabin Fever. It's the same thing. We're finally having early spring flowers and some trees blooming and even starting to leaf out now. The best way to avoid that is to embrace winter. Ice fishing, winter camping, hiking, sledding, whatever. Hell....I'm not afraid to say that I LOVE WINTER!
