Wilco tribute re-opens The Fire this weekend By: Deidre WengenphillyBurbs.com Okay, so maybe you were a slacker and you missed your chance to grab tickets to Wilco's Philadelphia show at the Electric Factory in April (you still might be able to find some here). But if you don't mind settling for the next best thing (sort of), you can head to the grand reopening of The Fire in Philadelphia this weekend where 15 bands will play a tribute to the Chi-town band. This special event takes place on Thursday, January 14th and will feature cover renditions from Josh Larson (ex-SHM), Katie Barbato (the Sleepwells), Dan Collins, Fishstick, Dani Mari, Matt Helm with Hezekiah Jones, Chris Kasper, The Great Unknown, Joe D'Amico Band, Wissahickon Chicken Shack, Psalmships, Allison Polans (of Papertrees), Birdie Busch, Steve Quaranta, and special surprise guests.
