Guest Runaway Jim
If you wanna buy a used Taylor 110-E and are in Chicago, I might be willing to sell.
BreezyGrass
I need one too and hope that when the taxes come back there's some money carved out for me. I doubt that it will but I'm looking at the Blueridge BR 40 CE. That's in your price range.
anthony
For that price range, I would suggest Epiphone Masterbilt AJ-500ME Advanced Jumbo Acoustic-Electric Guitar
jmacomber68w
If possible, grab one of these http://taylorguitars.com/guitars/100-200/ I love my 210 CE
Moss
If possible, grab one of these http://taylorguitars...uitars/100-200/ I love my 210 CE I would have to agree, you can't go wrong with a Taylor.
cooperissup3r
i'm lookin at a few Seagulls. really like those guitars. oh and i'm not in chicago and i'm a lefty, so that taylor prolly wouldn't work. but thanks anyway.
In a little rowboat
it really depends on your needs...are you playing out...with a band or solo...recording as well?? that said, its a cross to bear by lefties that youll end up paying more... without answers to the above, takamine is a very good option in your price range, lot of pros us them, they are durable, and the electronics are time tested...seagulls are nice and well built solid wood guitars....electronics in them i am not that familiar with, but after market pickups are usually the way to go anyways... jff
If I was in the market for a new acoustic I'd look around for one of these: Godin 5th Avenue Kingpin All previous suggestions are probably better all purpose guitars, though.
cooperissup3r
yeah...nice guitar there, but i am looking for something more straight acoustic. thanks for all the suggestions.
