Nathan J
I've never been there but I'm a huge fan of Wilco...is there anything "Wilco" to do while in Chicago? As far as a place to visit or anything? I've searched google and found nothing.

We have some Wilco-centric travel info gathered in the magnificent "visiting Chicago" thread and I suggest you check out the whole thread if you have time ... it's an amazing city and you can learn some great info from local residents and music-loving travelers as well. Enjoy!
LouieB
As Wendy said, read through the thread, but also feel free to ask questions either in the thread or PM me directly. I may not answer questions in the thread because I have recently been yelled at in public and through PM about what I know or don't know. Remember, this is a big city and it is very cold this time of year. Bring lots of warm clothes and plenty of money and download a transit map. Again, feel free to PM me about stuff. Not sure what Wilco type stuff you want to do, but Jeff and every Wilco member past and present have played nearly every club of note mentioned in the thread. Lots of great eating/drinking and record shopping (OK there's other stuff too, but those are two of my favorite activities) to be done here!
Doug C
Just don't say the "L" word and I think you'll be fine...What do Chicagoans have against a titillating television show?
The High Heat
Bring lots of warm clothes and plenty of money and download a transit map.For genuine excitement, count that plenty of money on the train right in front of everybody. Go ahead! Count aloud! Start over repeatedly!
