The way the organ/piano/keys are used in Wilco are very tastefully done, in my opinion, and I'd prefer not to hear them used for extended solos. All I'm saying is that for the talent those two have it's a shame that they are not brought out into the forefront more... I just think it would be cooler as a duo - it's usually one or the other.
