Oil Can Boyd
I was just looking at the Record Store Day release list and there's a 7-inch coming out with Nick Lowe's original Cruel to be Kind on the A-side and Lowe and Wilco performing it live (from 2012) on the B-side. https://recordstoreday.com/SpecialRelease/11876
bböp
Cool, but I think I’m gonna go for Cardi B’s Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 instead...
TCP
Well, that should be easier to track down than Warmer, hopefully. Cool, but I think I’m gonna go for Cardi B’s Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 instead... I thought to myself: that can't be real. It is and then you see the album cover.... Pop music! 50footqueenie
I actually saw that being performed (at the Roundhouse in London). But forgot to tape it.
Albert Tatlock
^^^ The whole encore was on YouTube nicely filmed with good sound. Probably still is if you search for Roundhouse + Wilco. Late Greats and HMD bookended Cruel to be Kind. It was a great moment - amongst my favourites for live Wilco, and JT looked so happy. Been a long time fan of Sir Nicholas of Low and Dave Edmunds/Rockpile .
