I'm so glad I got to see him and the First National Band at Largo about a year and a half ago. He was wonderful, still with that droll humor, and I remember how good "Rio" sounded. Rest in Peace, Mike. Thanks for the memories, all the way back to my childhood.:wub

I’m so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing.  I saw him as a solo act (+ band) some 30 years ago at the old Lone Star Café in NYC and it was a great show.  That was the only time I ever saw him live.  I have loved his music, both with and without The Monkees, for my entire life.
