As I worked as a waiter and bartender during college and law school, I have a tendancy to overtip, even when the service isn't quite stellar. I have mine sent in the form of an email, since I use a blackberry, but it appears they can do it through a text message as well. When I first found the site I went overboard with the ringtone thing. It's been months since then and to my knowledge I've never received a single bit of spam or unwanted correspondence, etc. Could have been blocked by spamblockers already in place, etc., but at least it hasn't been a hassle...

I thought equal protection only came into play if a protected class was being denied rights available to those outside the protected class. It has been awhile since I took con law, but I don't remember "dildo users" as being a protected class. But you're dead on as far as SCOTUS calling "not it!".
