Hollinger helped me with this. Rather than focusing on the direct chain of events, it's more about the collection of fishy behavior that has lead Jesse to realize that after all the coercing Walt did in and around the Brock scare, it's apparent that Walt was involved with the poisoning. i.e. the big dramatic explanation of how Gus was more likely to do it than Walt (so Jesse would seek revenge against Walt), the former suspicion about Huell lifting the cigarette, the weird house-search and discovery of the fake ricin cigarette, and now the weed-lifting. there's just so much bizarreness, cou

My wife and stepson and I spent almost a week in DC last week. We hit most of the Smithsonian buildings, and the National Archives. And the Capitol. It's difficult not to become hopeless when noting the contrast of the fiber and passion of previous lawmakers and leaders with the cast of characters we have now. there's very little altruism left in politics. or ethics. or principles. but then I see the people who courageously fought in the Texas Senate over the abortion bill and I get a flicker of hope back. I also don't believe that most of the current politicians got in the game with

I have read half a dozen online articles about it, but I just can't get my thinking in line with the logic of Jesse's reaction, in light of the fact that the doctors told him it was lily of the valley that poisoned Brock, not ricin. If it wasn't ricin, then how does Jesse make the leap that Walt stole the cigarette and poisoned Brock? He wasn't poisoned with ricin. And even if Walt had Saul/Huell lift the cigarette, how does that lead to Walt having poisoned Brock with lily of the valley?

really enjoyed this, except I couldn't disagree more with your take on Rising Red Lung. I think it's one of the best songs on the record. When I first tuned my guitar down that low, to where the strings are hanging on for life, and played that melody, it hit me. And the lyrics fit it perfectly. Love, love, love that song. I also think Sunloathe into Dawned On Me is one of the best couplings on all their records.

Here in our nation's capital every conceivable effort is being made to exploit/cash in on MLK's memory. I'm sure he'd be so proud.

It is not wholly sealed. I would get that fixed and get some good take-out sushi and listen to The Cars' first album.
