  1. I'd love it if there were no audience in the debate. Maybe some of these no class playground comments the candidates hurl at each other would fall flat if there were no rowdy applause to support them.

Not that it has anything to do with the debates but I feel the same way when I watch Real Time with Bill Maher. Smart ass comments sound a lot like dumb ass comments when there's not a crowd to cheer them on.

  2. I watched some of the debate last night. Hillary acts completely different when she starts talking about her emails. Loud and her voice almost goes to another pitch. Kind of like when one of my kids is lying to me.

Bernie seems like a level headed guy until he starts talking about wealth inequality.

I'm just curious, what about Bernie is appealing to you guys?

  3. I learned a lot about the caucuses this time. I did not realize how members of the campaigns essentially state their case or stump for their respective candidate. I may be wrong but they speak on their merits and why the people in the room should vote for their candidate and then the votes are written on a piece of paper, placed in the box and then counted....? Again I may be wrong but if true, I was blown away by the process!

  4. I'm so glad I can have friendships that are not based, controlled or held back by our differences in political beliefs. If someone let my political views stand in the way of sharing their laughs, road trips, concerts, sadness, hard times, good times and everything else that IS being a friend, they're probably not the kind of person I'd like to know or consider calling a friend.
