I understand. I haven't seen them since June, either. Maybe they will schedule more southern dates in August on a weekend and you'll be able to go to one of those.

I got over it too, but trust me. Charleston is not Minneapolis and doesn't get half the shows you guys get. I'm just saying give the poster a break. She probably just read about the postponement and that was her original raw reaction. I'm sure she'll calm down later.

I understand what you are trying to say, but don't think you were entirely accurate. Plenty of fans "outside of Charleston" were planning on attending the show. I'm one of them.

I didn't even know who sang the song until last night. I'd heard it several times on the radio but could never catch who the artist was. Good luck to those guys. They seemed very genuine and sincere.

Luckily, I get to see them at our annual St. Patrick's Day festival, along with some of my fave local bands, for $12. Yay green beer!

This is what's disappointing to me, realizing we are just another date on the tour. I'm over the postponement and luckily I have plenty of other non-Wilco shows scheduled between now and August to keep me entertained but it would've been nice to hear about it from the band or their management and not Ticketmaster. Guess that's my fault for putting the band on some kind of pedestal. Also, I really don't want to hear anyone who went to the residency shows (Jules!) to tell anyone in this thread to stop whining (Jules!). Ever had a beatdown from a Southern girl, Jules?
