It's amazing to me that they are so scared of the possiblity that a woman could become president that they would endorse someone like Guiliani. Wonder if Billy Graham approves. And btw, I am in no way a Republican (and no offense to anyone who is). Just fascinated by this is all.

Exactly, which is why I don't understand the endorsement. Since when has the religious right ever been tolerant of gays or supported abortion/choice.

Isn't Election Day a state holiday in some states? Used to be one in SC up until a few years ago when the governor/legislature changed it.

That Finer Things club was a little weird.

No doubt. It's been a pretty rough week around here with the fire and everything. Same ole Gamecocks, though. Get our hopes up only to have them flattened. Not sure about the game this weekend but if we have another first half like the UT game, we're pretty much doomed.
