I didn't mean any offense by my post. I honestly have no idea who Rutgers plays. Big East conf? And I can understand your excitement. With our history, we get excited when we win 7 games a season. But yes, SC does have a great football atmosphere, mostly due to the rivalry between SC and Clemson. Here, you're either a fan of one or the other. That's it.

Just heard that Game Day will be in good ole Cola town this weekend. That makes two weeks in a row for the state of South Cacalacky. Maybe this time I will actually get to stalk..uh...meet Kirk Herbstreit.

I don't see too many very, very good teams in the SEC this year. Maybe Florida. I was really rooting for Bama to knock off UT on Saturday but that didn't happen. And it's too bad Miss St. couldn't have upset Georgia. We really need help to win the East considering we still have to play UT, Florida and Arkansas.

Kirk Herbstreit predicted the national championship game to be between OSU and the winner of the SEC, which he stated would be either Auburn or Florida (I suspect Arkansas may have something to say about that). I just don't see that happening.
