Too bad no Republican can seem to remember about the separation of church and state these days. It could be worse here are what the Republicans are doing in my state. Nevermind our state and budget are in the ditch, they seem to think it's more important to shut the tent cities down and lock people in jail if they are homeless and facing tough times, due in large part to their policies. They have a law that says you can't feed homeless people in groups of over 20. They arrested a guy for feeding them. Sacramento's 'Tent City' To Be Closed Homeless React To Plan For Tent City

It never leads to a good end. All totalitarian Govts. at first go after only supposedly their enemies then they eventually make their way to you. Just like the Chinese have been documented killing their own handicapped and mentally challenged citizens. In extreme cases like Stalin, he eventually was sending people to their deaths simply because they had bad eye sight and had glasses. I only say this because when you give anyone absolute power with good intentions somewhere it turns. We are turning a very sharp corner and I am just trying to send out a warning to some fellow citizens because yo -

My only response is you seem to think it's easier to deny some very disturbing signs and only believe the whacked out people who put out disinformation at worst or are extremely stupid at best. It might serve you well to check credible sources such as the books I mentioned or read D. Rockefeller's memoir's for complete lay out of the agenda. Then tell me it's rational. It's not. And no one has the right to assume they can wipe out 80% of the world's population. Are you so sure you would be one of the one's chosen for this "new society"? And how could you possibly want to pass on a world like t -

The truth is I agree with you and also believe in the NWO agenda. And if people believe that depopulation is not a big deal because it won't affect them then they deserve what they are going to get. If you truly believe in this agenda and believe it is completely evil like I do then be careful about people giving you advice to rise up violently. They are also not your friends and are leading you right into the trap of martial law and a police state, which is their ultimate goal. If people don't believe this they are right now building a wall around Baghdad similar to a castle wall with only -

Just the anti Obama ones? Palin was put on the ticket for the reasons I said. And if you have followed McCain's career then you would know he has always been the fall guy. And he played the same role in this last election. Then you have to ask yourself if you really had a choice in this election? -

Increasingly, I feel like we've all been played. They put that horrid, shrill Wasilla hillbilly out there and that shriveled old man all over our TVs and showed us those racist rallies for a reason: to push us harder toward the banker's man. They put someone out there with a friendly smile, a gentle demeanor, a calm assurance, a smooth style and some well-crafted "populist" sounding phrases, and asked: Which do you prefer? There was never any contest, not really. All the hype about how popular Palin was, how McCain would pull an "upset", it was all just that; and the GOP keeps parading these i -

That's right but it doesn't have to be like that. I don't care if I get beat up for making the arguments I do, when these things come to pass you will find out it's not so great having a communist superpower like China controlling our economic destiny. Notice in Communist countries the leaders are all doing fine, it is the people who suffer and starve like in NK or China. They always leave those parts out when singing the praises of communism or world govt. -

Invest in precious medals. There will be one more small rally on the market for the suckers before it all comes crashing down so if you think you can tell when that peak is then that would be the best time to convert your investments. And even though gold etc. is high right now it will skyrocket after the crash. And just look to AIG if you think it's not true, in addition to paying bonuses they have also been snatching up gold around the world with the bailout money. You can choose to believe anything you like just don't say you weren't warned. "In the economic-technological field, some inte -

Not the way they are talking about. The balance of the world's economy should not lie in the hands of centralized banks. That is not good for anybody involved. The solutions they are offering are fool's gold that we will regret in the year's to come. -

Anyone that does not see the dangers of a US Treasury secretary talking like this, I don't know what to say. Anything along these lines is a huge loss of sovereignty and does not represent the USA's long term interest. It is a huge loss of freedom. Let me just put in my 2 cents like this. We have now started to monetize our debt, which means that the dollar is set to inflate to levels not witnessed in our lifetime. A loaf of bread will be like $10 to $15 dollars by the next 1-2 years the way they have printed money. Now if they go to a global currency, which China is pushing slowly with goi -

yep.... Henry Kissinger-from a 1998 Trilateral Commission dinner toasting David Rockefeller "In 1973, when I served as Secretary of State, David Rockefeller showed up in my office one day to tell me that he thought I needed a little help. I must confess, the thought was not self-evident to me at the moment. He proposed to form a group of Americans, Europeans, and Japanese to look ahead into the future. And I asked him, -
US Housing Rescue Threatened by Banks " Washington - The U.S. Treasury Department's effort to help 5 million homeowners win reworked mortgages, part of a plan to stabilize housing, could fall flat if Wall Street does not relax its interest in the properties. While the initiative empowers Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to refinance borrowers whose homes have lost value in recent years, big banks own a small stake in many of those loans and could effectively block the plan." "In the next few weeks, the Treasury and large finance companies may engage in a game of chicken over second liens

I don't think so. H Clinton put up actual physical infrastructure in this country as collateral for the loans last month, which is the only way China would loan us anything more at that point. You must remember the news clips of her begging for the money. If we default, China simply comes in and takes possession of our assets they hold literally. They have not been buying bonds for 2 weeks now and the FED is compensating for it thereby destroying the dollar in the process. At this rate we will be out of options and completely fucked by summertime. I've tried saying the bailouts are the bigg

Obama promised no Lobbyists would be in his administration. Geithner has a Goldman Sachs Lobbyist on his staff. Geither's department pushed to strip out of the legislation limits on bonuses. Goldman Sachs is collecting huge 10 digit payoffs through AIG that Geithner is passing out. Geithner is going to include taking all the FDIC insurance money and buy toxic assets with it ... that money also goes to Wall Street . Next time there is a run on a bank, panic will likely spread to all banks within 24 hours... because Geithner took the FDIC insurance money. I know insiders will make hundreds of

The Big Takeover The global economic crisis isn't about money - it's about power. And the worst part about it is that we're still in denial

I agree with the last couple of posts and am actually insulted that Congress thought this was a good solution. But I wouldn't worry about it. The Senate will never pass this and the Bill will simply disappear. This is for all the people who don't pay attention so they think Congress did something. Too bad Congress always tries to pacify the public with these silly theatrics. Most of the time it works but not this time. With 5 million out of work a lot of people are paying attention now. You're right we have turned a page. It could lead to something good or something bad. I don't know which it

I posted my thoughts and opinions on the last page last night about that. Agreed we are fucked for inflation. Thank the FED. If bailouts wake the public up to the ultimate PONZI scheme the FED is and there is outcry for them to get out of our economy then it would be worth it. I see the MSM media is now pointing fingers at the FED about the AIG bonuses to try and make Obama look clean at any costs, maybe it will work.

The whole weakness of your argument is that you are taking CITI's word for any cost saving measures. They are proven liars. If you can't see the injustice of 73,000 people losing their jobs yet CITI can make sure to get the CEOs new digs in the midst of taxpayer infusion, then yes I believe you just don't want to see the fraud that is being perpetrated right in front of the public's eyes. It's utter hypocrisy to claim there is no way to postpone this move and then claim it was before the bailout and they have to honor the contract. CITI had no problem breaking 73,000 contracts to it's lower

If you are foolish enough to post thinking that moving the CEOs office makes a bit of difference as to CITI's well being then I don't know what to tell you. Good luck with that. I would say most would disagree with you maybe I'm just the most vocal about it. and I also appreciate your attempts to paint me as being less intelligent and enlightened than you since I don't fall for the same line of bs you seem to take so much solace from. I think most of my opinions have been backed up with facts but now since those don't favor your argument you attack the source.
