then how about OutKast?
I'm going to step in here and defend OutKast, because Stankonia is a pretty flawless record, top 10 of the previous decade for me.

Yeah. I play it on occasion. My roommate is a Settlers fiend. Not so much anymore because he wins all the time, which makes Settlers less entertaining as an enterprise. Online, he's a top-100 player, and so I have picked up quite a few Settlers nuggets. But it's a great game, as long as you have some cool people to play it with.

A couple images from the start of my study abroad trip to London! Haven't actually started studying yet, so I've been roving around London a bit...more photos here.

Yay, got mine, it's awesome!

Kanye is certainly a talented guy, but his also a pompous asshole, something he doesn't HAVE to be.
LouieB
There's a particular video on Youtube where Kanye challenges Mos Def (or is egged on, I suppose) to a rap battle and gets his bum handed to him on a platter. It's amusing, because you can tell Kanye is struggling while the words flow like fine wine off of the tongue of Mos Def.
So Mos Def is my vote. Alongside the Beastie Boys.

Never dismiss the Hoodie, but I wouldn't bet against the Colts at this point.
I think now that the Saints have lost a game, they will go on to the Super Bowl and probably win it if somehow the Peytons don't make it. The real barrier to the Colts would be the Chargers, who somehow have the Colts' number quite often.
TMQ put it best in his most recent article. The reason why the Peytons win a lot is because Peyton calls the plays and the wideouts don't run prescribed routes. They all understand the game a whole lot.

Mine's not getting here until the 30th??? And I ordered on the 21st. Weird. It better get here then, 'cause I'll be out of the country on the 31st...

I think it's just trying too hard as a cover. Too smart, too brainy, I'm not sure what it is, but that seems to be the real only problem.

Joe Strummer,
You changed the course my life has taken, and guided me down the right path of living in this world. And for that, you are always and forever in my heart. I love you, man.

Too damn perfect of a record. So good it's criminal.

I don't put it on anymore. No real reason. If I grab something it's always a studio album. Probably has something to do with me wanting to listen to a truly cohesive release more than anything. When I first got KT I loved the shit out of it. Now? Eh, haven't put it on in awhile. Part of it is likely because I've been getting so much new music that it's hard to find time to revisit the stuff I listened to before.

Ordered! Glad to be part of it!

I am a fan of the first post, to a very consequential degree.

It's business now. It's not just some nerd typing from his parent's basement anymore. People listen to what they say and their voice, like it or not, is very influential. They've definitely tempered their writing style in recent years as a reaction to that. They're not soft: they're a capitalist venture. That's why when people say "fuck pitchfork for yadda-yadda-yadda," it's nearly a laughable posturing at this point. They're as mainstream as Rolling Stone.
That was...the point I was trying to make.
Why the hell is Embryonic on that list? That album pissed me off so bad. I lost major cool points for the Flaming Lips after that one.
Embryonic kicked all sorts of ass. Obviously you need to be listening to the Flaming Lips on my terms.

I took the picture 'cause I'll be in London for 6 months, so I took the picture of the Oval to take with me. The person in the photo was totally unintentional. I didn't think there was anyone in it.
