  1. I'm pretty sure MusicToday had the first 7 rows, RCF and LCF, reserved for the presale. 30 seats a row, that's the best 210 tickets (approximately) in the house. I'll pay a premium for that.

Things would have been tricky if Massey Hall also had a block reserved for presale like they did last time - I think they got the front couple rows and the MusicToday allotment started behind them.

And there's no duty on tickets - I've preordered for pretty much every wilco show the last four years and they're always delivered, safe and sound, with no extra charges. Usually a couple weeks before the show in case you start getting impatient.

They are sending mine to me via ups, but I will be at work, and there is this thing on the site that says refused tickets will be sent back to musictoday. i hope that means refused only, not people who arent home to sign for the tickets, cause i want to make sure i get my tix in time.

  2. For canadian fans, do you end up paying more money for the tickets?

Or do they scale down the price to match the original canadian price?

It may seem like a dumb question, but years ago i got tix for a belle and sebastian show through a preorder, and they charged me the same amount in american, so i ended up paying way more.

  3. Hey guys, sorry to be a pest

I was just wondering if there are any presale info for the upcoming tour.

I want to get tickets for their toronto show, and was just wondering if there is usually a presale, and where i would get that info.

    Thanks a lot guys.

So that's where they will post the presale info?

Ok thanks, that's what i thought, but I thought maybe there might be another way.

I have ALWAYS wanted an E-BOW hopefully someday i will get to use/buy one. I know Billy Corgan has used e-bows on pumpkins cd's before. He used one on an acoustic guitar on soma.

  6. hah

and to think.. i got my book from my local music store for 25 bucks like a few months ago ..

but damn it there's alot of pages in this book so it might take a little while

I have been looking for that book for years. Even when i'm in the States, I can't seem to find it.

  7. the being there tab book (which i have) doesn't cover the lead lines as they do it live now.

i've figured it all out, so i'll post it later.

If i was ever to get a copy of the tab book, i would crap my pants/

im sure Jeff would prefer i get a copy from a 'friend' then pay a hundred bucks on ebay...

  8. i'm fairly certain it's Cycling 74's Max/MSP. i also heard that he used a Nord Micro Modular, which he would probably be editing on the laptop as well.

    cool.

so, uh.....what the hell is he doing?

sometimes i think he plays minesweeper during the quiet parts....
