even the first cd releases from Zep sound good, so i take it they're in condition still. if there's nothing that i havent heard before on a bootleg, i wont get them.

they had different engineers along with jimmy that did the different versions. truth is, you cant tell the difference!. both the box sets are enough, or if you want them in album form, the complete studio recordings are enough. everything else is a re-hash

bootlegs!. 'the genuine basement tapes' or 'a tree with roots' is on 4cds with multiple versions of the songs. best version of Mighty quinn too!

the original remasters were in 1990 and the rest of the songs came in 93. then they were released again from a different engineer in 94. jimmy & robert mentioned it in the last few days that they'll be expanded with rarities with some lead vocals by JPJ. of course robert took some pops at JPJ jimmy seems find unreleased stuff every time he says 'its all out there'. i say, just get back with jason and work on new material

true!. it's a plant/jones album. plant had the death of his son, and the other two were busy with drugs and alcohol.. someone has to get the job done. and i love hot dog & carouselambra!. check out the 'scream for help' soundtrack that Jones did. he sings on it as well
