  1. Does anyone know if this show is up for download yet?
  2. Seriously, I hope they really do repeat the set list, which is got to be the best I've seen. Even though I had the possibility of a ticket last night, I did not take it up, and I see I made a grave mistake. That set list is just awesome.
  3. Greetings fellow Wilco fans- I'm looking tor 1 ticket to either night of the DC show if anyone could help me. thanks shapiro.andrew@gmail.com
  4. Ok, I'm new to this and would greatly appreciate it if someone could explain how to get the shows into itunes. thanks

  6. Fellow Wilco fans, Looking for two tickets to either the Tues 26, or Wed 27 show at 9:30 club in DC. Tickets have been very hard to come by and would really appreciate it, for life, if someone had extras they were willing to sell, please email me at shapiro.andrew@gmail.com thanks Andrew (Bob Dylan's Beard )
  7. Just didn't know the WAWL was rocking like that anymore. Just out of curiosity, are you from Chatt? And where did you go to high school?
  8. Courtesy of WUTC? Thats pretty cool. Its a great song live.
  9. Damn, if only they had played that Latrobe show just one night before, in DC, which was just a tight, succint show that was a pure pleasure. Watching from the blcony of the 930 club is, in my opinion, one of the best views in the various musical auditoriums I have been in. I havent seen the Latrobe show posted on etree, did anyone in attendance record it?
  10. Just at what show did they play Remember the Mountain Bed? I just can't imagine they'de play that live, but it would definately be a transcental- can I say that?- song to hear live.
  11. In DC, cab drivers cannot refuse to take a patron anywhere inside the district. If a cab driver tries to hassle you, just ask for their ID, which usually shuts them up. But they'll be around.
  12. Its a magzine called sunset, and a tape machine that won't let, me ever forget that impossible longing for you.
  13. Wow, there are some lists you don't ever want to create. I'll never forget the first time I hard Jesus, etc., walking down the steps into the living room in my brothers house, I was hooked from note 1....The lyrics to War on War are really special though...
  14. This was supposed to end up in the favorite Tweedy song post. Damn.

  16. Look, I'de see them 365 days a year, but damn, everyone has their limits. Wilco puts more into a show than any band Ive seen, and though this show was not a disapointment by any stretch of the imagination, its obvious when a band is tired and is just going through the motions. That's how they looked in my opinion.
  17. I agree with all of your points. I saw them back in April in Charlottesville, which was just an absolutely incredible show. But what made it so great, besides lasting three hours was the audience interaction. During Jesus Etc. it looked as if Nels was gesturing for people to sing along during the chorus, which seemed odd. That ususally tends to be the song that really galvanizes the crowd, as Ive both observed and heard on live bootlegs. The crowd seemed complacent at times, and even though the level of intensity increased throughout the show, they looked worn out. They just tour too much, or
