  1. You won't be disappointed.  By far the best live band around.  I saw them Sunday night for the 3rd time and it seems their show just gets better and better.  Alot of switching around instruments going on now..  And if you like to watch drummers,  Eric Slick is phenomenal to see live.  He just sits back and makes it look so easy.  Reminds me of a Ginger Baker.

The new stuff sounds great live.  I was most impressed by the songs from Be The Void though.  I had never heard them live and they take on a whole new dimension.  Enjoy the show (I know you will).

  2. Ok, big difference from the historical games I'm used to.

Yeah, they are tactical combat, quite different than the SSI/Avalon, hex based games.  Although we have considered adding more strategic/campaign elements in the near future.

  3. Lamrod, what kind of games? I used to play tons of Avalon Hill and SSI games growing up. Between my brother and I, I probably have access to 200 or so games.

Historic real time tactical combat simulators.

I always knew I liked you.

    :love

  4. I'm a big fan of war games and I design them.  There is a big difference between a true war game and a first person shooter.  My war games are more for strategy enthusiasts, a lot like Chess or Risk, which is really a niche market.  Most kids want the blood/guts first person shooters like in the video.

    War is fun!

  5. Isn't it just an extension of what's always been available as far as war = entertainment/toys? E.g. Little green army men, GI Joe, Risk, Stratego, other strategy/war games?

Granted, the advertising is way more X-treme nowadays...

Indeed, it's always been this way.. All the way back to when kids were using sticks as guns before plastic was invented.  Just now with technology/CGI it is brought to life in whole new way.  Boys are always going to love army/violence/blood/guts.  It's in our nature.

  6. Dude I had that like 5-6 years ago, remember?! Cephalgia or something. Instant f'in migraine!! They eventually go away but holy Clapton they were painful. From great pleasure to immense pain in a flash.,

Does it still happen if you fake your orgasm?

(And please keep your answer family-friendly)

I don't know, ask your wife!!

    (rim-shot!)

    what's a rim shot?

    Ask your wife!!!

This whole exchange had me rolling... Oh you guys!

  7. Weezer was once great.  And they could have gone down as one of the all time great influential rock bands (they have influenced more bands than many realize).  But the garbage they have released over the last several years has permanently tarnished their legacy and any hopes of greatness died when Rivers uttered the words "we are all on drugs" from their first horrible album, Make Believe.
