  1. As much as I like the studio stuff that they have put out, the live stuff is 10 times better. If anybody has a chance to listen to their live CD's I highly recommend it. The last one they put out, "Freak and Roll.... into the Fog", is phenomenal and has one of the best versions of My Morning Song I have ever heard.

  2. OK, wait. How in the hell can Strangelet by Grant Lee Phillips not be on the list? Somebody help me out here, am I the only person in the world that listens to Phillips? Does anybody else here listen to him?

  3. 1) i nearly fell a good 50 meters into a river while taking a photo

    2) i was invited into the Australian childrens choir

30 )i went to school in the same year level with a famous australian footballer

I'm gonna say #1 just based on the fact that if my conversion is correct it's like some 160+ feet and I'm pretty sure you would be either dead or at least incapacitated enough to where you were using some sort of device like Stephen Hawking.

  4. I have AIM

My wilco figures from UNKL are currently arranged as they appeared on stage this past tour.

I have traveled west of the rockies.

    edit: pig s-that sounds delicious.

I'm going to say 3, only because #2 is wicked awesome and should be done by all.

  5. Which one is Piven? Sorry, but I suck at movies, and am lazy.

I believe his characters name is Mike. It's been a while since I saw the movie but I remember he had a rant in the movie with something about "ass puckering rage" and "soulless lizards" Piven was also in PCU (great movie), he plays in the show Entourage (I've never actually seen it), he was Buddy Israel in Smoking Aces, which is a movie that I saw in the theater, didn't like it then but I have watched it probably 10 times since it has been on cable. He was also John Cusak's friend in one of the best movies of all time - Grosse Point Blank.

  6. i had a lapse.

caliber is about to come in here and laugh at me.

clarification: Sooie was right--i do know how to drive a stick shift. i have never been high, i love bologna sammiches.

Wait, I though bologna was made from PigSooie. Or is it pig intestines? I can never remember.

  7. "Very bad Things" is one fucked up movie.

Did you know that Adam Sandler was originally supposed to be cast in the Jeremy Piven role but backed out to do Waterboy instead. VBT would have been a different movie with Sandler in it.

  8. it is now! :)

    Fluff and Fliz: 3

You are correct. Although I was driving a car that almost went into a swamp, but luckily it got stuck going in and didn't make it. I did how ever manage to accidentally throw the keys to the car into the swamp while trying to dig the car out. True story.

  9. 1

As much as I hate to admit it, that one is true. I was a sophomore in high school. I pretty much would have done almost anything at that point to see a female breast. Actually who am I kidding, if I wasn't married, I'd probably still do it.

  10. 1. I went to high school with the starting cornerback of the Jets.

    2. I have been to 6 Razorback bowl games

    3. Willie Nelson drank beer out of my shoe once.

OK it has to be 2. There is no way that the Razorbacks have been in 6 bowl games since you have been alive. :D

    Here is mine:

    1. I once got my nipple pierced at party simply because a girl said she would show me hers if I did it.

    2. I grew up in the projects and used to go around at 2 in the morning singing War Pigs by Black Sabbath at the top of my lungs.

    3. I once drove a car into a swamp.

  11. I love the Black Crowes, and I absolutely hated to see Marc Ford leave the band as he has been a massive influence on my own guitar playing, but I am encouraged to hear that Luther Dickinson is filling in for him. I don't want to see Luther leave the Alltstars but if it has to be for somebody, why not the Black Crowes. Can't wait to hear the new album. It also kind of sucks that Eddie Harsch left. I heard that Marc left so he could stay sober, does anybody know why Eddie left?

  12. Same here. No matter how long the breaks are that I take from listening to Wilco (yes it happens), no matter how often I might already have listened to "Via Chicago" - it still has me ending up in floods of tears every time I listen to it because this song is so me. I wouldn't be sane anymore if it wasn't for the lyrics, the music, the voice.

    :wub

I'm right there with you, I have been listening non-stop to the Detroit concert from this past year and I always find myself getting choked up during Via Chicago right at "That says I haven't gone too faaaaaaaaar". I love that part.

  13. Please no Mike Leach.

Every time I hear Leach's name mentioned for an open coaches job I cannot help but think they are talking about the long snapper for the Denver Broncos. I don't know how good of a coach he would be but he long snap like nobodies business. :D
