  2. Listening to this now. I was at this show and it was brilliant. So glad that it's been archived on YouTube by somebody. Hoping that it will be made available for download at some point.
  3. April, 1998 Lounge Ax, Chicago I was there and it was fantastic. Enjoy.
  4. Speaking of chord changes, that one, unexpected minor chord change in Mazzy Star's "Hallah". The first appearance of which shows up at about 0:44 Then again at 1:20. And a few other times during the song. Just one little change that rips my heart out.
  5. "Rocks Off" by The Rolling Stones: that single snare hit right during the intro of the song -- at 0:02!
  6. "For No One" by The Beatles: where the horn comes in from out of nowhere at 0:49, and again at 1:29.
  7. "Moanin'" by Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers: those first couple of bent notes that kick off Lee Morgan's trumpet solo at 0:59
  8. "Middle of the Road" by The Pretenders: Chrissie's "Brrrrr NEYOW!!!!" that leads into the harmonica solo at 3:18 into the song.
