I'd say Obama is the only candidate in the race that has been faced that sort of tough, vetting interview. It was administered, on numerous occasions by Hillary Rodham Clinton. He stood up to it and handled it, while the Republicans were so afraid of her, they would do anything not to have to face her in November.

Made for some interesting times Thursday night. I still don't know what to think about the way they're handling the Cubs-Houston series. I took my family to New York for Thanksgiving that year to see the Macy's parade -- it was a lifelong dream of my wife's and our company at the time had a condo on 57th Street.
