  1. right now our cable service has "the Pee Wee Herman Show" on demand, it's one show, an hour long, doesn't have a year, but it's before the tv show.

There were some jokes/references on it that were over my head.

I was a huge fan as a kid, a few years ago my husband bought me the tv series season 1.

My 3yr old thinks it's hilarious, the 10yr old, not so much.

  2. I will pay whatever price to whomever to get a sweet ticket in the front floor.

So whether it's through this site, ebay, scalper, massey hall or whatever, im getting a ticket.

    my thoughts exactly.

my husband called me at work at 10am to tell me they were gone.

    I was close to tears.

    we'll try again on Friday

Let me regale y'all with this little tale. My brother and I were both trying for tickets. I pulled a pair in row G, then he pulled a pair front row centre. I was ecstatic, until we went to process the order and we couldn't change the cardholder info from his name to mine. I did not know this was the case for Front Gate. I called them, was on hold for about 8 minutes, got through with less than a minute left on the ticket hold. He said to try my credit card info anyway, but it was too late- I tried to get the pair on my computer once they were released, but my account timed out. And then I cried. It was so frustrating. So whoever is in right centre row A seats 38-39, enjoy those seats for me!

    how horrible!

  3. whew, found mine at the new mega Walmart.

and... the girl at the checkout made a face at Jeff's picture.

and... I got home & my 3yr old said "look, it's the Joker"

(mine too, was at the back hidden behind other magazines)

  4. I procrastinated getting tickets & couldn't get 2 seats inside.

Ended up with lawn seats & was kicking myself.

But, you know, the sound was amazing. Surprisingly great, actually.

Such a strange venue, so glad the weather held up.

The lawn seating was strange, the left side were all mellow & seated (and were total asses about anyone standing up)& the right side were standing & dancing & enjoying themselves.

So happy to hear At Least That's What You Said, Bull Black Nova, and Misunderstood.

Nice to see so many Canadians!

It took us 3.5hours to get back home (just east of Toronto), waited in line by Duty Free for 1/2 hour, didn't move a bit, then my husband took the "commercial trucks only" lane all the way to the front. Got stuck in traffic 3 more times though on the way home. Sucked.

  5. Anyhoo - I was wactching TMZ last nite, and one of the dudes on the show, like "staff" or whoever those people are that hang out with the boss that always has the watch bottle and talk about stories had a Wilco (the shirt) on.

    I noticed that too!

Last week he was wearing the black "Road Tee"

  6. My husband is not a Wilco fan (he would never listen to a CD). But he will admit, they put on a good show & I think he enjoys their concerts.

I recently made two friends get copies of YHF & both said they loved it. One even bought the vinyl.

  7. AM- Dash 7

    BT 1- Misunderstood

    BT 2- Sunken Treasure

    ST- She's a Jar

    YHF- IATTBYH

    AGIB- Wishful Thinking

    SBS- You are My Face

    W(TA)- I'll Fight

    Mermaid I- California Stars

Mermaid II- Remember the Mountain Bed

  8. Sweet! Now we just need a Via Chicago app :) That way, us iphone talking, VW driving Wilco lovers can be the most dangerous people on the road in our 5 star safety rated cars...!

I was thinkng this the other day!
