well wait, why would jay bennett still be collecting royalties when hes not on certain contracts anymore. i dont think hes entitled to royalties from i am trying to break your heart. just the albums he was involved in

i didnt see this coming. this is pretty nuts. hopefully everything works out, well just have to see what happens. personally, i think jay is gonna collect something, but not total damages. i bet it was like:

Brilliant album! Sorry to say fellow Wilco fans, but I think Tweedy and Co. may have their work cut out for them. Jeff's been getting all the love from the press since Being There but I dont think that will be the case this time around.

the one gripe i have with wilco vinyl is that all their albums come on 4 sides. too much getting up and flipping. but its worth it.

so apparently their brooklyn show last night is filmed for a dvd. me and my girlfriend are in the front row, its gonna rule. the show was great, it was my first lucero show. he played half the set holding a bottle of jameson.
