Not bad!

Hell yes.

Yay. Black Sabbath album for November.
Yes! I've had a real good few months with them recently, I wound up with a bunch of free vinyl, A.M. was awesome, and I was pleasantly surprised by Blessed Feathers. I hope they have a Christmas record for December, but I kind of doubt it.
Saw the Vinyl Me, Please ads on FB during the month that was the thing. Wasn't sure what to think of them until I saw this post. Just ordered the "AM" disc.
You're welcome

I found a white copy at Sonic Boom today and caved. Now I just have to find out to do with my black copy, there's no such thing as too much Wilco, right?
-
Got my copy from Kung Fu a couple days ago and played it for the first time today. It really sounds great.
-
They were also able to get a white pressing of Star Wars not as a featured album but as an album add on in their store. Good news if you like colored vinyl I guess.

YHF and AGIB are Wilco TOP. Almost impossible they return to this creative level. But SW is better than TWL and TWL is better than W(TA) so Wilco are in an ascendent way.
I actually listened to WTA a few days ago and it was a lot better than I remembered it, possibly up there with Sky Blue Sky and the Whole Love.

I asked Jeff what he wanted to be when he grew up, and he said that his dad always thought that he had a face for radio.
I can picture Jeff being a radio DJ in an alternate universe somewhere
-
I don't know if he's said it before but I enjoyed hearing that Nobody Dies anymore was was written after watching a scientist claiming that the first person to live to 1000 years old was already alive today. Overall some pretty good stuff.

I got a shipping notification for Will Butler a few days ago, but it won't be here until next week. Us west coasters are always getting our stuff last
-
Found this today sealed at a local record shop, holy shit it sounds amazing. I am in awe right now
Haha sorry for the mega bump

Heard Taste the Ceiling on the radio yesterday, I got a little excited.

Yankee Hotel Foxtrot

I went to Everyday Music today and they're now only charging $24.99 for Being There. I honestly doubt this thread changed anything or that anyone said anything, but Wilco was just in Seattle like a week ago
-
The new Jason Isbell. It's been out for a month now but I just got it and it's pretty damned good.

The Clash -- Combat Rock
Smashing Pumpkins -- Adore
R.E.M. -- Reveal
Pete Townshend -- Psychoderelict
Combat Rock was one of those albums it took me forever to get, but I actually enjoy listening to it now. Not nearly as much as their earlier albums though.

Got mine in the mail last night, it's labeled as the 20th anniversary edition. It sounds sounds great and I love the artwork they included with it. The LP packaging itself is some of the most striking I've ever seen.
They did include a nonalcoholic drink, and I think Tweedy might have picked it out himself.
-
Also the release date for the vinyl got pushed up to Oct 13. Yay!
-
Can't wait until Monday!
-
Damn, Ben Gibbard and Bill Frisell were there? Wish I could have made it tonight. Haha stupid work.
