You are right - we don't have that show. We have the show from the day before though. If anyone has the Flac files, we would love to have it.

At least they are doing something - while Ozzy does a stupid ass TV show. Bill Ward Talks about Sabbath Re-Issues (video interview)

What do you think the new Heaven and Hell (Black Sabbath) album? I don't think Ronnie can really sing like he use to, but that is no surprise. I've only heard the one song: Bible Black.

In the new issue of Rolling Stone, there is a two page article about the Beacon shows. Warren says that they did invite Betts to come and play. Also, Butch Trucks says that they are "winding down."

That's actually a Mike Campbell song off of the album Echo. Mike actually sings it. I wonder what gave him the idea to cover that song. Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers - I Don't Wanna Fight

I must say I have not heard that.

The stream rip will be in Mp3. I would figure that the cds they are selling would be miles ahead of such a rip. It must have been quite a chore dealing with all the guest artists record companies.

I saw a post on another board about someone taking the sound from the video stream and posting it on the demon place.

I guess they are hoping their fanbase has deep pockets. If I want to listen to any of those shows, I'll just grab the AUD sources.

I know. From what Eddie says in that clip, I wonder if some of that sort of thing went on for the director's cut that came out in 1994. That is what I have - on VHS. I also have the two official releases of Jimi's set on cd, and the 2 disc dvd. -

For me, it's about Santana. I knew there was more footage out there, somewhere. I guess they are doing a bit of after the fact fixing of tracks. I am not to happy about that, but that is how it goes. -

Planet Earth Rock And Roll Orchestra Tape Story

This makes me think of The Planet Earth Rock and Roll Orchestra sessions.

I think recall reading about about that in the Taper's book, but I don't recall it exactly perfect.

Prince is in there. Although I don't care for them, Sonic Youth should be in there someday I think.

It seems to be a bit confusing. Some of them are listed Blu-Spec Import re-masters, other are not. I doubt I will buy any of these, as I already own them all. I am curious to hear what they sound like, but there are no bonus tracks, or other goodies, so it is hard for me to justify buying them again.
