I love Doctor Killinger. Those 3 minutes in the Magic Murder Bag is perhaps the best sequence I've seen in Venture Brothers.

Better than what I'd expected from Coldplay. Not bad, but not excellent. At least I won't fall asleep to this. Guardian's newest darlings. It might not deserve a perfect score, but it's very good.

What an amazing show. This show has one of the best kept continuities on air. Also, there seem to be a lot of dreams with naked men. A lot.

Even if that were the case, I guess I expect the writers not to care and just speed up the tempo of the present tense and cut back on some of parallels and focus on the main point, which I suppose focuses on the change of motives. I just felt the flashforwards lacked a certain focus that help develop characters and their relationships (i.e. congruence with Jeremy Bentham).

I thought that the flashforwards were perhaps some of the most forced and hurried flashforwards (temporal glimpses, what have you) I have ever seen in Lost. Although all of the glimpses shared a single theme, they felt really choppy, rushed, and disconnected. I like change and variations on the flashbacks/flashforwards such as The Constant and Ji Yeon. Confirmed Dead also falls victim to this horrible technique that attempts to cover all motivations of a unit. While we get a glimpse into why they share a goal and what motivates each, we don't get to understand or sympathize with these char

The Clientele - E.M.P.T.Y.

The replay value on this very bright and sunny album, I thought it low. I proved myself wrong.

Finally getting to Arm's Way.

If you offered $1,000 to begin with, I could endure some torture.

I don't hold Transatlanticism nor Plans in high regards: better is a relative term. But I think the overall sound of Narrow Stairs just sounds much better than their last two albums. And yeah, Gibbard overhyped the dark sound of the album. It's a very light touch of dark. I definitely agree with Solace (Airplanes and Photo Album are their best albums).

Better than Plans and Transatlanticism.

I feel guilty not owning that album. I think I should amend that statement ASAP. In the meantime,...

I love that movie. I melted in happiness when I learned that Vin Diesel voiced the Iron Giant. I just finished Lars And The Real Girl. I'm impressed by Gosling and the well written story.

I enjoyed it. I'll give it another spin within the week. I'm not quite sure on where I stand with The Slip.
