Just ate lunch at an Israeli place....chicken shwarma, marinated red cabbage, Jerusalem salad, diced tomatos, carrot salad and humus, all on a bed of romaine lettuce topped with tahini and a wicked hot sauce. OH GAWD, ITS SOO GOOD!
