With the exception of Albert Pujols, I don't think there is a single hitter I would rather build a franshise around than Miguel Cabrera. He hit his 100th homer in 3 and a quarter seasons tonight. His most comparable player according to Baseball reference is Hank Aaron. Not bad.

FIU has been a division I team for all of 2 or 3 years. We have no expectations. I predict 2 or 3 wins this season. I just hope we beat our bitter rivals, the Florida Atlantic University Owls in the annual Shula Bowl. The all time series is 1-3 in their favor, but we beat them 53-6 last season, so I'm hoping we can begin a nice run. We also play UM for the first time. I'm just hoping we don't lose by more than 3 touchdowns.

Really? I completely disagree. Is it because of the guest stars? Because that is nothing new for this show. And it always works them in in a way that isn't just like "OMG LOOK, IT'S HEATHER GRAHAM!!" I think Scrubs is probably the best "sitcom" of all time, personally.
