Six years ago when I was first dating my wife, I had to sit down when she mentioned she was a DMB fan. This was the woman I knew I wanted to be with forever the night we met, and I already knew she was a Yankee fan. DMB was a much harder blow. Times have changed though, and she still likes them, the old stuff, and I can tolerate that, because we never listen to them together. It's not fun to hate them anymore. It used to be a blast.
