  1. You seem to know a lot about bombs! http://www.bostoncrimewatch.com/blog/_WebP.../ContactUs.html
  2. 1. "Song #1" - 2:54 2. "Joe #1" - 3:01 3. "Break-In" - 1:32
  3. I didn't like it! I said in the theater afterward that it was the only thing about the movie I didn't enjoy. From the first scene I was thinking Holy shit this music is in the way! To be fair, when I saw P. Glass's credit in the opening, I pricked up my ears, preparing to try not to be annoyed.
  4. Yeah, Wilco gettin C.R.E.A.M.! Das' what it's a BOUT foo!!!!
  5. Yeah, and I'll swing on a limb saying that it is also superior to at least 75% of Wilco's catalog.
  6. I was going to say that is the most unflattering photo of Mr. Yoda I've ever seen.
  7. So many threads.... Some blog mentioned Paul Simon. Anyone else hear "The Boxer" in "You Are My Face"?
  8. Yeah, that is a guy who enjoys hatin' stuff.
  9. I'd like to read me some Chandler. Any recommendations for an RC virgin?
  10. After hearing these three songs, once each, twice for You Are My Face, I can safely say that Sky Blue Sky is the latest Wilco album.
  11. Instant gratification is the new waiting. This guy says it better than I can: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=7608397
  12. I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that Boston's growing reputation as The City That Cried Bomb is making it a more desirable location for potential terrorist attacks. I can just see it: one day, someone on the T will point to a ticking box strapped with wires and an alarm clock, everyone else will tell them to shut up, it's sooooo not a bomb, then kablooey, Goodnight Beantown.
  13. I remember. When that stuff first leaked, I thought I had it all figured out: that they were actually tracks from Beck's unreleased "rock" album that he had ready to release around the time he went with Midnite Vultures instead. Alas, I was wrong. Not that I think Guero's awful; it's just sub-par to me. Back on topic: You Are My Face is effing spectacular.
  14. Guero remained flat upon its release and is still so.
  15. I have a sky blue headache from today's Just A Fan proceedings.
  16. I remember when AGIB was finally officially released, there was like one single review here that day, I think it was Dunja or kidsmoke. I remember being struck that somebody waited.
  17. I'm so not cool with not hearing this album alla sudden.
  18. I'd be cool to listen to the album.
