I think Joe Rogan will tell you himself that he's not the world's funniest comedian, but he's out there trying to prove himself every day, when off his residuals from Fear Factor and NewsRadio reruns, he has no reason to. Rogan busts his ass trying to be fresh and original (sometimes hit, sometimes miss) while Mencia takes what clearly works and claims it as his own. Also, Rogan and Doug Stanhope both admit that their version of the Man Show sucked.
