Haha, thanks man. I just moved down here for work a few months ago, and I'm missing the Sens - the defending Eastern Conference Champion Sens - a lot. When I was in Chicago I took in a Blackhawks game with my girlfriend... the cheapest seats in the house are $10! We sat in good seats for $30... that barely buys a between-periods beer in Ontario!

I meant Spiders, oops! anyway, here's everything: Cars Can't Escape: Family Gardener: Spiders: Jay Farrar Story: Pieholden: Jesus: Gun:

I was too late to sneak in a request (my girlfriend and I flew in from Toronto, and we were determined to have pizza for dinner), but all I wanted to hear were either Cars Can't Escape or Family Gardener. I wasn't expecting either - and I heard Wilco do CCE in Burlington Vermont a few years ago, so I thought I had already used up my luck - but hearing both early in the show put me in a very, very happy place. Thanks for asking for them. I recorded Theologians, Cars Can't Escape, Family Gardener, Pieholden Suite, The Jay Farrar Story, Jesus, and Gun. I didn't want to record the whole show bec

You're welcome. It might take me a day or two, because I shot everything in high def, and downconverting them for YouTube is a little time consuming. Here's Family Gardener for the time being:

I recorded six or seven songs, plus the Jay Farrar story. Should I put them all up on the so-called "you tube"? Cars Can't Escape:

Fair enough, but I also have a limited timeframe to snag a pair of really cheap seats on a flight to Chicago, and I'd like to know I have tickets coming to me before I pull the trigger on the airfare.
-
That's a good question - because right now on Ticketmaster, they have no Tweedy dates listed. This is making me nervous!

My finger is hovering over the "book airline tickets/vacation time" button. Just feed me the details!!

Hey, I know the guy who wrote that review and he's achieved city-wide renown as a douche.

I don't post here often, but I felt like I had to come out of my lurkdom to be the first to suggest it might be one of the leaked tracks.

I'll be there - it will be show number three for the summer. It's going to be a shorter set, but I'm excited to see them in a hometown setting. Plus, Ryan Adams, The Flaming Lips, and so much more. I'm kind of torn between The Eels and the Blisters, though.

They dusted off that chestnut last night in Ottawa, I was pleasantly surprised!

I'm really disappointed that we didn't get to hear the planned second encore, that would have been a beautiful way to wrap the show up. It was my little brother's first Wilco show, and Via Chicago is his favourite tune. He's going to be pretty upset when I tell him...

Just got back from the show, it definately had a different vibe than the Metropolis show in Montreal earlier in the week. It was my first outdoors Wilco show, and the music seemed to expand and contort to fill the vast space available. I have to agree, Nels tore the air apart with the sounds he managed to coax from his guitar. Jeff was cheery and talktative, and he really drove home a few of the big moments in the songs. I laughed my ass off at all the wheelchair comments, thankful that I had managed to strategize my way to the front of the narrow GA section. The main Bluesfest stage sucks moo

I'm making the big trip to Chicago for Lolla, and I'll be happy just with the scheduled performance. An aftershow performance would be all bonus.
