Does who want to take what risk, really? The Cuban trade embargo is stupid. However, Moore did go to Cuba and risked harassment from the Treasury department. There is no more risk to take now. There is 0 chance that they will "confiscate" (confiscating a film these days is nearly impossible) the movie. It would reek of censorship and be the best possible publicity. There is a slight chance that they would impose a steep fine or appropriate the profits, but that's really something else entirely. Moore is trying to build buzz for the film--something he is excellent at.

Congrats to the Pistons. The better team won. Hopefully the Bulls will get an interior scorer and they'll meet late next year.

It might be worth pointing out that Stern's marketing techniques, specifically exploiting Michael Jordan's fame overseas, have significantly improved the overall level of competition, imo.

Yes, I am a mailman. Although I am a casual carrier--which means significantly lower pay, no benefits, working 6 days a week for ~6 hours instead of 5 for ~8 (+potential overtime for a 6th). The plus side is that I have no uniform allowance, which means I don't have to wear a uniform. Also, it means that they have to move me to another "trade" if I work as a carrier for a consecutive six months. Thank you, thank you all. We had a birthday/mother's day combo barbecue. There were games played, Denver chocolate pudding eaten, etc. The haul included some board games, a crazy blender, a strange bottle of vodka, clothes, MST3Ks, a book about Clarence Thomas, that cookbook that that awesome chick pea soup came from, etc. Pretty legendary. Oh, and a Bulls win. All in all, a nice day to be alive.
