Last weekend while hiking, my dog Cooper got up a flock of about 100 turkeys. He cowered in the tall grass to hide from the enormity of it. It was an amazing sight. The Canada geese are talking and moving this morning. Quailey birds are coveying up. Starlings are floculating. Seasons shift.
