Not a chance. If anyone will be a bust it will be JaMarcus Russell. He should send half of his first check to the Notre Dame secondary because they basically made this guy. Russell will have multpile 5 pick games this year.

Rick Carlisle has been fucked with all of his recent jobs. He did a spectacular job in Detroit. He left because they had the opportunity to get one of the best coaches ever in Larry Brown. Yeah, it bums me out when the Pistons lose to a Carlisle-led Pacers, but I have nothing but respect for him. He did a fantastic job in Detroit, and he went to Indiana with a very talented team that could have gone somewhere if their personalities were not so antithetical to getting the most out of their talents. The Pacers are in a hole now -- they went from one of the best teams in the east to middling at best -- but I still think that Rick Carlisle is a smart and talented coach. I hope he can get out of Indiana soon and get somewhere where his skills as a coach will win him a championship. He deserves it.

With this awful event I hope that it does not lead to our college campuses becoming locked down and similar to the airport. I remember my first few days of being on campus as being the most free and awesome experiences of my life.

I love how bad officiating is always proof of a consipiracy, instead of just being bad officiating.

I'm not saying there is any huge conspiracy. But Myles Brand would've had a heart attack if Florida and Ohio State were eliminated in the 2nd round.

Well it was a great year in NCAA basketball. Anytime my team can make it to the second round of the NCAA is a plus. Unfortunately hustle and determination can't beat the NCAA Marketing department. The foul disparity between Purdue and Florida was almost obscene....but unfortunately Purdue doesn't have that golden parent to show 5 second tv shots of like Joke Noah. The foul disparity and the lack of the flagrant foul yesterday is proof enough what the NCAA is pushing for.

Enjoy all those banners for the next couple of years. I'm sure they'll have to take them down in a couple years when Ohio State gets to punish itself. I'm curious on why OSU gets to apply it's own violation punishment? Could it be because they are a NCAA marketing Giant.

I still don't get comments like this. A year or two ago I might have agreed that he wasn't a pro-caliber quarterback, but have you even seen him play this year? Dude makes some fantastic reads on his receivers, rarely makes bad decisions, has a cannon for an arm, AND he can still beat you with his feet if he absolutely has to. What's not to like?

I'm not saying he isn't a good college quarterback. I'm just saying he has no chance in the NFL. He will join the ranks of Gino Toretta and Jason White.

I take it you don't remember the Todd Marinovich days. But the Irish suck and could barely beat MSU and UCLA. I'm sure they will fall victim to USC. It's hard to compete when your offering 1Karat diamond studs for each ear along with free rent for parents.

I have to give it to Ohio State they really are good. They are like the anti New York Yankees. They have the highest paid roster in the NCAA but they are worth every penny paid by Columbus, Ohio car dealerships.

TDS has been struggling of late but I have to say Jason Jones has had some pretty nice clips. "You Jackin It" was a pretty nice piece. Dan Backadahl hasn't been bad as well. But the other new characters... I really don't get the humor.

Sooner or later Stewart will have a new crew.

I'm in agreement with everyone...the show was great. Great venue, great weather and a full moon....only not quite a "Harvest Moon".

My wife and I have been to about 6 Wilco shows over the years and this was by far her best experience at a show. This has to be my 2nd favorite Wilco show my first being Rock the River about 6 years ago.

WFPK definitely keeps this city cool. Without that radio station i wonder what this town would be like.
