One thing I've always maintained was that it's neccesary to throw in some more challenging material. Don't just play it safe (hummingbird, shot in the arm, jesus etc., heavy metal drummer, monday, etc.). I am Trying To Break Your Heart, Sunken Treasure, Misunderstood, include one of those three. Ultimately, though, I think that just burning her a Wilco LP is probably the best way to introduce her to the band. YHF, obviously, is the masterpiece, so yeah. Good luck with this. I gave her summerteeth and YHF . . . if that doesn't get her then there's nothing I can do. I started the mix but it broke my heart to seperate some of those tracks.
